Fleeet, as a mobility service provider, connects companies looking to increase revenue from their fleets with our mobility companies network. We offer mobility solutions that aim to connect companies looking to optimize the profitability of their fleets and cut costs. Our purpose is to improve the profitability of our clients’ assets through technology designed to meet specific needs.

When I landed at Fleeet everything was about to be conceived, designed and built. Every process of every channel and every team was something that needed to be created. Having the opportunity to design a product or a service from scratch, beyond screens and wireframes, is something that every designer should be involved at least in once in a lifetime.

We launched in 3 months a MVP to validate our business model. This MVP was made up of a Customer Portal and some physical tools for our Ops team. After validating, we are now scalating. For everything around mobility, Operations and Logistics is key. And we knew that back-office tools would be the real challenge for Fleeet. Tools that would allow us to gauge, automate and improve every single step in the supply chain. Thousands of variables should be considered. We researched, assessed, prioritized and phased the design and implementation of these back-office tools that are core for Fleeet.
